Here we discuss Chapter 7 in which Dresden visits a rather disheveled Murphy, and then returns home to a ghostly visage.

Summer Knight Chapter 7 Summary:

Dresden leaves the council meeting and heads to Murphy’s for information. The two have a heart to heart conversation and Dresden realizes Murphy is not in a good place. Murphy provides information on the Reuel case with the agreement that she will be included if the case turns out to be a murder. Dresden returns to his apartment and finds a very alive Elaine in his home.
