Summer Knight Chapter 9 Summary:

Morgan crosses Dresden’s wards and enters his apartment. Morgan accuses Harry of being under the influence of the Vampires, and goads him until Dresden loses his temper and draws his sword on him. Dresden quickly realizes this is part of The Merlin’s plan and disarms himself. Morgan delivers a message from the Senior council stating they will not involve themselves in Harry’s Trial and leaves. Elaine emerges from her hiding spot, opts not to involve the White Council and too takes her leave.
